The book titled “Réinventer la formation des élites : capital humain, excellence académique et innovation managériale” by Dr. Moussa Abdoul Kader Diaby, Director General of INP-HB, was officially launched during a dedication ceremony held on April 16, 2026.

Representatives from several ministries, academic institutions, the private sector, and youth organizations took part in the event, highlighting the importance of the work across multiple spheres of society.

On his social media platforms, the author stated that the book stems from a simple conviction: the true wealth of a nation is its human capital, one of the key pillars of the National Development Plan (PND 2026–2030) led by the Ivorian government.

The author shares reflections drawn from field experience at the intersection of higher education, research, industry, and public policy. He defends a central idea regarding the training of future elites: the need to move from a diploma-centered system to one focused on skills, innovation, and impact.

He also advocates for moving away from an isolated academic model toward a true academic-industrial system serving employability, value creation, and national development.

“I hope this book speaks to you, because it concerns all of us,” the author stated, emphasizing collective responsibility. He invites readers to engage with the work not merely as an academic document, but as a source of inspiration—and perhaps as a starting point for collective action.

Dr. Moussa Abdoul Kader Diaby calls for the emergence of a new generation of leaders who are skilled, committed, and useful to society.

The ceremony was organized in collaboration with the Groupe Expertise Locale. The publication marks a significant milestone in the ongoing reflection on reshaping elite education in Côte d’Ivoire and across Africa.
